BCCI – IPL में camera कभी सिर्फ action नहीं पकड़ता—कभी-कभी वो ऐसी चीज पकड़ लेता है जो normally unnoticed रह जाती है। Rajasthan Royals के dugout में Romi Bhinder का mobile इस्तेमाल करना भी ऐसा ही moment था—छोटा, लेकिन sensitive।
और IPL में “छोटा” अक्सर “बड़ा” बन जाता है… खासकर जब बात anti-corruption protocols की हो।
Dugout में phone—इतना बड़ा मुद्दा क्यों?
पहली नजर में लगेगा—
“यार, phone ही तो देख रहे थे…”
लेकिन IPL में rules अलग level के होते हैं।

- rules exception-based नहीं होते
