ACSU – IPL में controversy का scale बड़ा होता है… लेकिन कभी-कभी एक छोटा सा action—जैसे डगआउट में मोबाइल फोन इस्तेमाल करना—पूरे सिस्टम को alert कर देता है। राजस्थान रॉयल्स के मैनेजर रोमी भिंडर का मामला अभी कुछ ऐसा ही बन गया है।
Dugout में फोन—छोटी गलती या बड़ा breach?
Incident सीधा है, लेकिन implications heavy हैं।

- Dugout में Romie Bhinder मोबाइल इस्तेमाल करते दिखे
- साथ में थे Vaibhav Suryavanshi
और यहीं से मामला ACSU (Anti-Corruption and Security Unit) तक पहुंच गया।
अब ACSU ने:
24 घंटे के भीतर explanation मांगा है
Rule क्या कहता है?
IPL के PMOA (Players & Match Officials Area) protocols बहुत clear हैं:

- वहीं से issue escalate हुआ

camera हर जगह है… और गलती छुपती नहीं है।
